How do I return my order?
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your items within 48 hours of receiving your package. If you notice any issues, contact our customer service team at support.team@jewlox.com as soon as possible.
After this 48-hour window, we will consider the product to be in perfect condition. We appreciate your prompt inspection and understanding.
If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Support Team for further instructions. Return shipping costs will be covered by us in such cases.
Other Returns
For all orders placed through our official online store, we offer a 14-day trial period from the date you receive your order. During this time, you may request a return without providing a reason.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it is in its original and undamaged condition, we will process your refund. This process typically takes between 5 to 10 business days.
We will refund the full amount of your purchase, plus up to $15 USD (or equivalent in your local currency) for return shipping costs.
If the return shipping cost exceeds $15, the additional amount will not be covered and will be the customer's responsibility.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once you request a return, we will send you a confirmation email within 48 business hours and a prepaid return label within 72 business hours.
For some countries/regions, we may not be able to provide prepaid return labels. In such cases, you will need to cover the return shipping cost upfront. Please take a photo or screenshot of your shipping receipt. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund and reimburse your shipping costs.
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
After we issue the refund, it may take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Conditions
- The item must have been purchased directly from JEWLOX official website. Purchases made from physical retail stores or other platforms are not eligible for returns under this policy.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.
- The returned product must be in its original, unused condition, maintaining quality and function, and must not affect its resale value.
- All original product tags, accessories, manuals, gifts, and packaging must be included.
- Returns must be shipped in the original packaging to prevent damage. jewlox is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during the return shipping process.
jewlox reserves the right to modify this return and repair policy at any time. In the event of any disputes, jewlox retains the right to the final interpretation of this policy.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order and initiate a return for the original item. Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned product.
Refunds
Once your return meets all conditions, jewlox will process your refund as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item.
- Any original shipping fees will also be refunded, unless only part of the order is returned.
- Any import duties, taxes, or administrative customs fees paid by jewlox will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
