To claim your replacement, simply email us in english at support@jewlox.com with a picture of the defective product and a receipt of your order, including the order number. Once we've accepted your request, we will provide you with a specific return address. This could be our warehouse, a branch, or a third-party location, depending on our business's setup, 2- Securely package the item and send it to the provided address. We highly recommend obtaining a tracking number for your peace of mind and for ours, 3- Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item to ensure it's in the condition agreed upon for returns or exchanges.If the item is as expected, we will then process your return or exchange. This may involve refunding you or sending out a replacement item.

ORDER CANCELATION

However, kindly note that if your request reaches us more than 6 hours after placing your order, we may be unable to accommodate the cancellation, as your order would have likely undergone processing within our system.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
